We have been in the repair and service business since 2004.

We schedule all our appointments from the time you call and usually have same day availability. Our turnaround time for pick up and drop off service is 48 hours or less. Jon is amazing. He has moved, repaired, set up and solved issues with all of our home office computers. I feel so fortunate to have found Jon in my initial search for a personal computer expert. Many technicians specialize in just one area, but John has a great knowledge of services, applications and equipment. No-one is at their best when they are worried about their computer’s reliability. Owner operator Jon DeMayo was at my home within an hour of me calling him for the first time on a Saturday! He knew just what to do. In addition to addressing some computer hardware and software problems, I was able to get answers for a variety of technology issues including Wi-Fi, best movie streaming service, and best way to get internet throughout my home. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. I’ll be using him again for my home and small business technology issues.

Jon has been a wonderful asset to our business. He is prompt and really tries to get to us on a timely basis. 4/18/2019 I needed help with a computer that continued to crash. Jon contacted me by email, we worked out a time and he came to help me out in a big way. I later needed to remove and install a new high end graphics card. He was there the day after Christmas to help me out--A true Pro! It was easy, convenient, and a great price. 12/26/2018 - Guess it is true that you don't hire a "geek" when you need a pro -- especially one who charges half the price and even includes an unexpected senior discount. I called a popular repair outfit with multiple locations, and after their dispatcher (out of state?) checked for 70 miles around, said they could get my Internet connection back in about a week. *gleep*
Computer Pro to the rescue. Jon showed up the next day, fixed the Internet problem and more swiftly and efficiently. Answered questions. Hooked up my printer. Untangled stuff. Solved a number of other problems. Made recommendations. And then he came back two days later when I had a separate Internet crash. No charge, he said, after showing up the same day I called to beg for more help. Claimed the second house call was covered under his personal service warranty.
He did not leave me unconnected for the better part of a week, but came at once, diagnosed the problems, fixed them quickly, and helpfully answered all my many questions. Way to go! Jon made the process seem as easy as if I were just borrowing a cup of sugar. Wonderful. Felt more like a neighbor helping out than some big deal inconvenience of an overpriced house call -- and then followed up just as fast for my second round of separate problems. Wonderful. Tom C.
2/24/2018 I recommend Computer Pro Austin to anyone having computer problems. My laptop got infected with spyware and he had me up and running in no time. He even configured my desktop to make it more user friendly. His rates are extremely reasonable as well.
